Apply for the AOD Leadership Accelerator Program starting August 2026

Program Overview

The AOD Leadership Accelerator is a three-month intensive leadership program designed to build participants’ leadership understanding, confidence and capability within the context of the AOD sector.

• Three in-person workshops, hosted at 222 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford 3067, VIC
• Three online workshops
• Three online Community of Practice sessions

Eligibility

The Leadership Accelerator Program prioritises places for emerging leaders working in, or leading staff within, consumer-facing treatment services. Applications from people working in policy, project, research and other non-clinical roles are also welcome but will only be considered if places are available.

Please note that all applications will be reviewed by the Leadership Accelerator Program Selection Committee, with outcomes communicated via email in early August.

Cost

Cost: $250 per participant for organisations located in metropolitan Melbourne.
Free for participants employed by rural and regional Victorian AOD services
